This is a highly varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys owning the details that keep a small, fast‑moving business running. The Fulfillment & Operations Specialist works across sample fulfillment, quality control, logistics, materials, and technology, balancing recurring responsibilities with unexpected problems and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sample fulfillment processes.
• Perform quality‑control checks.
• Coordinate logistics and material handling.
• Utilize and maintain technology systems supporting operations.
• Address unexpected problems and lead ad‑hoc projects.

• Strong organizational skills.
