Fulfillment Manager

This is an office position located in Idaho Falls, ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fulfillment staff and fulfillment operations, including daily deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory stock, place stock re-orders, and process “from inventory” client medical supplies/equipment sales orders through Brightree software system.
• Manage the delivery and set up of durable medical equipment in client homes.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and service requests.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Manage product returns and the cleaning and sanitization process of returned equipment.
• Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and operation of delivery vehicles.

Requirements

• Work experience with durable medical equipment (DME) is required.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience using Brightree Software or other ERP/WMS systems.
• Preference given to candidates with proficiency in managing staff, scheduling deliveries/maintenance, and managing delivery/service vehicles.
• Great communication skills and disposition with clients.
• Good driving record.
• Competency with computers and using Microsoft applications is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and delegate troubleshooting issues to the appropriate team member.

Schedule

Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend deliveries.
