About the role
This position plays a key role in the fulfillment process, overseeing the efficient delivery of orders to customers.Responsibilities
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain best practices.
