Fulfillment Finished Goods Inventory Manager - North Charleston, SC

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain precise counts of finished goods, kits, and assemblies;
• Ensure ERPLN, KITS, eTRAC data integrity;
• Ensure timely movement of finished goods from Material Integration Centers (MIC) to designated areas supporting Final Assembly;
• Identify critical shortages;
• Lead teams of production coordinators and supply chain analysts supporting 787 productions;
• Track and report fulfillment performance, ensuring inventory supports production rate increases;
• Integrate work across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality;
• Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and waste reduction;
• Ensure finished goods handling meets Boeing quality standards and regulatory requirements;
• Promote a safety-first culture in all inventory and fulfillment operations;
• Coach, mentor, and grow fulfillment staff;
• Manage staffing, capacity, and workload balancing;
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership';
• 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain;
• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data;

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience leading teams;
• 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership;
• 3+ years of experience with the following systems (or industry equivalent): Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System);
• Experience with safety and quality processes;

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree or higher;
