Position Responsibilities
- Maintain precise counts of finished goods, kits, and assemblies;
- Ensure ERPLN, KITS, eTRAC data integrity;
- Ensure timely movement of finished goods from Material Integration Centers (MIC) to designated areas supporting Final Assembly;
- Identify critical shortages;
- Lead teams of production coordinators and supply chain analysts supporting 787 productions;
- Track and report fulfillment performance, ensuring inventory supports production rate increases;
- Integrate work across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality;
- Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and waste reduction;
- Ensure finished goods handling meets Boeing quality standards and regulatory requirements;
- Promote a safety-first culture in all inventory and fulfillment operations;
- Coach, mentor, and grow fulfillment staff;
- Manage staffing, capacity, and workload balancing;
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.
Minimum Education Required
High School/GED
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership';
- 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain;
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data;
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 3+ years of experience leading teams;
- 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership;
- 3+ years of experience with the following systems (or industry equivalent): Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System);
- Experience with safety and quality processes;

- Bachelor's degree or higher;
