Fulfillment Coordinator I
About The Role
The Fulfillment Coordinator I is responsible for supporting daily fulfillment operations, including processing ticket requests, preparing mailings, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, and assisting with quality control activities. You will work closely with multiple departments and vendors to ensure materials and communications reach members accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Respond to daily fulfillment ticket requests and complete assigned production tasks.
- Print, collate, fold, stuff, meter, seal, count, package, and distribute fulfillment materials.
- Process and support member ID card requests.
- Operate fulfillment equipment, including printers, folder inserters, and postage meters.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing mail and fulfillment materials.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Coordinate vendor deliveries while following established procedures.
- Track inventory levels and support supply replenishment efforts.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain records, documentation, and fulfillment-related files.
- Support approval processes and coordinate project requests as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment deadlines and service expectations are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fulfillment, mailroom operations, or a related environment.
- Experience working with office machinery such as printers, postage equipment, and folding/stuffing machines.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively despite frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mailroom experience.
- Experience with inventory tracking, materials management, document archiving, and records maintenance.
- Knowledge of postal and shipping guidelines.
- Familiarity with mailroom operations and equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehousing principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.

Pay
Base salary range: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Final base salary determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience, with consideration of internal equity of current team members.
