Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of various device types used within the department.
- Receive inventory and assign to appropriate accounts utilizing a bar code scanner or transponder reader.
- Complete shipment prep work: stickering, casing, and applying adhesives.
- Continuously maintain supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization within the processing area and storage room.
- Handle company-wide mail distribution.
- Operate USPS Neopost metered mail machine.
- Place and retrieve weekly recycling bins.
- Greet shipping carriers to accept delivery and pick-ups.
- Process returns: transponder operational testing, de-casing, cleaning, applying adhesive, restocking returned transponders, removing transponders from client accounts, and external customer email communications.
- Process assigned customer transponder orders using Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system.
- Perform mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeout (UPS & USPS).
- Conduct periodic time collection of tasks for efficiency and capacity reviews by management.
- Update SOPs related to the position as applicable.
- Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies; communicate ideas and suggestions.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a fulfillment/order processing environment is helpful.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Consistently works toward building and maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- HS diploma/GED.
- Consistently demonstrate Bestpass Values and Competencies.
- Overtime may be required.
Pay
$35,880 with overtime eligibility.
