About the role
Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Responsibilities
- Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, and create organizational depth and individual growth.
- Track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement, and report to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at the end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review.
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely.
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans.
Requirements
- Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
Pay
$22.50 an hour
