Pay
$22.50 - $22.50 an hour
Schedule
Flexible schedule with rotating shifts and occasional overtime required.

Qualifications
- Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely.
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Absorb and implement long-term operational strategic plans.
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience with data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of safety protocols and incident documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
How You Will Achieve Success
Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, and create organizational depth and individual growth. Track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report to management. Perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed. Expect to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review.
