Responsibilities

  • Pack and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
  • Prepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are met
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as needed
  • Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practices
  • Monitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management, and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operational
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlines
  • Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheld
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in packing and shipping outbound orders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment with shifting priorities
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Long periods of standing, must be able to bend at the waist and knee, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to follow established SOPs and safety protocols

Pay

The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $18, plus a benefits package (as applicable).

Schedule

Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, in-person collaborations will be available throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
