Job Summary

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Pick orders by scanning all items in IFS picking system
• Confirms order # and piece count for each order before moving the order to the next step in the process
• Achieves daily/weekly production efficiency goals
• Verifies and places non-conforming items in designated area
• Follow proper packaging designs depending on order size and type
• Performing cleaning and sanitation properly
• Maintains current training requirements and certifications independently

Requirements

• Education And/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; Good customer service skills; Basic computer skills

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to be able to view a computer screen.
• The employee should be able to move and lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds of inventory on a regular basis.

Work Environment

• The primary work environment of this position is a warehouse, with hazards, such as moving fork trucks and racked pallets of product.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
