Fulfillment Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help get equipment out the door accurately and on time. The work is hands-on and consistent day to day: unboxing and assembling headsets, cleaning them, packing patient orders, checking in returns, and keeping our records up to date. This position begins as temporary/hourly to support immediate volume needs, with the opportunity to convert to full-time. Responsibilities
- Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
- Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
- Kit and ship headsets and equipment (chargers, cases, cleaning supplies) for patient orders
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, including confirming device and firmware versions prior to shipment
- Check inventory levels and notify the Supply Chain Manager when stock is running low
- Support periodic physical inventory counts
- Keep inventory records accurate and up to date in our tracking systems
- Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
- Double-check counts and order contents before shipment
- Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or set aside for retirement
- Communicate promptly about discrepancies, delays, or any issues to the Supply Chain Manager
- Assist with other fulfillment tasks as daily volume requires
Qualifications
Required
- Dependable and punctual, with flexibility during periods of higher volume
- Careful attention to detail, especially with serial numbers and counts
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Able to follow written procedures consistently
- Ability to lift and handle equipment and packages as part of daily fulfillment duties
- Reliable transportation to Needham, MA
Preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, stockroom, or retail backroom work
- Experience in healthcare, DME, or medical device environments

Pay
