About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help get equipment out the door accurately and on time. The work is hands-on and consistent day to day: unboxing and assembling headsets, cleaning them, packing patient orders, checking in returns, and keeping our records up to date. This position begins as temporary/hourly to support immediate volume needs, with the opportunity to convert to full-time. If you're reliable, careful with details, and like hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
  • Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
  • Kit and ship headsets and equipment (chargers, cases, cleaning supplies) for patient orders
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, including confirming device and firmware versions prior to shipment
  • Check inventory levels and notify the Supply Chain Manager when stock is running low
  • Support periodic physical inventory counts
  • Keep inventory records accurate and up to date in our tracking systems
  • Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
  • Double-check counts and order contents before shipment
  • Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or set aside for retirement
  • Communicate promptly about discrepancies, delays, or any issues to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Assist with other fulfillment tasks as daily volume requires

Qualifications

Required

  • Dependable and punctual, with flexibility during periods of higher volume
  • Careful attention to detail, especially with serial numbers and counts
  • Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Able to follow written procedures consistently
  • Ability to lift and handle equipment and packages as part of daily fulfillment duties
  • Reliable transportation to Needham, MA

Preferred

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, stockroom, or retail backroom work
  • Experience in healthcare, DME, or medical device environments

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you will:

  • Become a reliable, trusted member of the Fulfillment team
  • Keep orders shipping accurately and on schedule
  • Catch discrepancies early and communicate them clearly
  • Show the consistency and dependability we'd look for in a permanent team member

Benefits

Steady, hands-on work at a growing healthcare company, in a role where accuracy and follow-through have a direct impact on patient care.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $20 - $22 USD per hour (Headquarters).
