About the role

The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, company profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory and order accuracy
  • Inspect products for quality and packaging before shipment
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
  • Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
  • Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
