About the role
We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Las Vegas-based Logistics team. The ideal candidate will assist with customer communication, manage inventory transfers, process sales orders, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in customer communication and handle all new Purchase Orders (POs) in EDI
- Create and reconcile inventory transfers between manufacturers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Create and fulfill Sales and Transfer Order transactions accurately in NetSuite
- Review packing slips and reports daily to confirm correct shipment of inventory
- Follow up with customers and facilities regarding submitted transactions
- Assist with Quality Assurance by holding and releasing unreleased inventory as needed
- Cross-reference GHOST truck sheets with ERP systems to maintain accurate shipping dates and update order statuses
- Solve issues with customers and 3PLs if there are discrepancies in orders being shipped
- Assist and train new associates on current and ongoing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- One year of ERP or data entry experience
- Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
