Responsibilities
- Pick and pull items from the warehouse to complete customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and organize orders for sorting according to standard procedures.
- Operate the automated sorting machine safely, including loading and unloading.
- Pack orders carefully and place them in the designated pickup area.
- Complete all orders on time while maintaining accuracy and care.
- Group similar items together for storage and easy retrieval.
- Keep shelves, packing areas, and workstations clean and organized.
- Maintain inventory ready for fulfillment and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Communicate clearly with your team and supervisor in person, chat, or email.
- Learn other processes and assist different departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed productivity expectations (metrics) for your role.
- Keep customer and company information confidential.
- Follow COMC C.A.R.D (Collaboration, Accountability, Results, Diversity) values and maintain quality standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or operational support preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and standard software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Able to learn new systems, tools, and procedures quickly.
- Able to follow processes, meet productivity goals, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or using standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
- Some roles may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
