About the Role

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
  • Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
  • Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

Experience

No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hard.

  • Nice to Haves:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
  • Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
