Job Overview

Position: Fulfillment Associate | Hours: 1st Shift, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm | Reports To: Fulfillment Supervisor | FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt | Date Posted: 09/08/2026

As a Fulfillment Associate at 4imprint, you will bring the brand to life by processing samples and orders for shipment to customers in the National Programs group and assisting with inventory control.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and assemble kits and customer orders for shipment.
Receive, inspect, count, and inventory National Programs and sample products.
Maintain the inventory database in Oasis and perform physical counts as required.
Assist with shipping customer orders.
Participate in training classes and pursue professional development.
Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Fulfillment Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; or at least one year of continuous full‑time employment with a single employer.
Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
Prior data‑entry and computer experience desirable.
Ability to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to change.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
