About the role

At Milwaukee Tool, we believe our People and Culture are key to our success. Our Distribution Center team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the right products at the right time. As a Fulfillment Associate II, you will support the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and shipping our products.

Responsibilities

  • Safely move products through the order process
  • Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (walkie rider) daily
  • Work well with others on your team
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling orders
  • Ensure the customer receives the correct product
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues

Requirements

  • Education equivalent to four years of high school
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to operate motorized and manual pallet jacks
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift boxes
  • Able to work in various temperature conditions

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with inventory management systems

Skills

  • Computer literacy
  • Basic math skills
  • Customer service orientation
