About the role

As a Fulfillment Associate II, you will support the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and shipping our products.
Responsibilities
- Safely move products through the order process
- Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (walkie rider) daily
- Work well with others on your team
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling orders
- Ensure the customer receives the correct product
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues
Requirements
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Ability to operate motorized and manual pallet jacks
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift boxes
- Able to work in various temperature conditions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with inventory management systems
Skills
- Computer literacy
- Basic math skills
- Customer service orientation
