About the role

Fulfillment Associates II play a crucial role in Milwaukee Tool's Distribution Center, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This position involves moving products through the order process, operating equipment, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Safely move products through the order process
• Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (walkie rider) daily
• Work well with others on your team
• Maintain accuracy in product handling and shipping
• Ensure the customer receives the correct product

Requirements

• Education equivalent to four years of high school
• Commitment to being here on time, every day
• Ability to safely operate various equipment
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Able to work in various temperature conditions

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
