About the role

Fulfillment Assoc II plays a crucial role in Milwaukee Tool's Distribution Center, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This position involves moving products through the order process, operating equipment, working collaboratively with the team, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Safely move products through the order process
  • Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (walkie rider) daily
  • Work well with others on your team
  • Maintain accuracy in fulfilling orders
  • Ensure the customer receives the correct product
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Education equivalent to four years of high school
  • Commitment to being here on time, every day
  • Ability to operate motorized and manual pallet jacks
  • Physical stamina for frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • Repetitive motion tolerance
  • Able to work in various temperature conditions

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
