Fueling Supervisor
About the Role
As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate all Aircraft Fuelers in Fueling Operations, issuing instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Aircraft Fuelers to ensure duties are performed professionally, safely, and efficiently according to company and carrier standards.
- Ensure the effective operation of fueling.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Comply with attendance and tardiness standards.
- Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
- Prior management, supervisory, or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or six months of experience as a Lead Fueler.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
