Responsibilities
- Safety First - Must follow all OSHA and FMSCA Rules and Regulations
- Record daily gallons transferred per Hazmat requirements
- Maintain the company fuel truck and operate it in a safe manner
- Communicate any equipment maintenance issues to your supervisor in a timely manner
- Cleanliness and control when transferring fuel to and from the fuel truck
- Fuel all equipment on site according to jobsite schedule
- Safely access equipment in all climate conditions
Qualifications
- Self-motivated
- Able to climb in, on and around equipment, be flexible in awkward positions
- Able to communicate well with operations and meet their needs for fueling
- Possess the ability to read and understand Equipment Maintenance Manuals
- Responsible, reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Able to work any shift
- Need to have a clean driving record with congested traffic experience
Experience/Skills
- Technical experience preferred, training available
- Mechanical knowledge a plus
- CDL License Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement REQUIRED
