FUEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure the 24/7 execution of fuel operations, coordinate daily dispatching of fuel, manage and maintain the operations of designated common carrier fleet; (This will require some nights and weekends).
• Ensure fuel-pricing strategies are executed per Company standards.
• Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to address areas of opportunity.
• Order Brand elements, ensure adherence and schedule repairs to maintain Brand standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations for brands Mystery Shop program.
• Schedule site visits with our dealer customers two times per month.
• Collaborate with General Manager of Crawford Oil; daily to discuss fuel strategy, areas of opportunity, and any new business relative to the offered Brand.
• Ensure that all company equipment is in compliance with local and state requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by General Manager of Crawford Oil.

Required Experience and Education

• Previous customer service experience.
• Possess at least 1-3 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or equivalent experience/education.
• Accurate/detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills.
• Class C Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Convenience store experience.
• Fuel dispatch experience.
• Inventory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task to complete responsibilities.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, 4 feet high; and 20 pounds, 5 feet high, without assistance.
• Must be able to sit/stand up for up to a full 8-hour shift, in the performance of the position.
• Must be able to work around various fumes, odors, chemical agents, and solvents.
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
• Must be able to use a desk top and lap top computer as well as mobile and desk phone to accomplish duties.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
