Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of fuel operations, coordinate daily dispatching of fuel, manage and maintain the operations of designated common carrier fleet; (This will require some nights and weekends).
- Ensure fuel-pricing strategies are executed per Company standards.
- Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to address areas of opportunity.
- Order Brand elements, ensure adherence and schedule repairs to maintain Brand standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations for brands Mystery Shop program.
- Schedule site visits with our dealer customers two times per month.
- Collaborate with General Manager of Crawford Oil; daily to discuss fuel strategy, areas of opportunity, and any new business relative to the offered Brand.
- Ensure that all company equipment is in compliance with local and state requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager of Crawford Oil.
Required Experience and Education
- Previous customer service experience.
- Possess at least 1-3 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or equivalent experience/education.
- Accurate/detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills.
- Class C Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
- Convenience store experience.
- Fuel dispatch experience.
- Inventory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.

- Strong communication, relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task to complete responsibilities.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, 4 feet high; and 20 pounds, 5 feet high, without assistance.
- Must be able to sit/stand up for up to a full 8-hour shift, in the performance of the position.
- Must be able to work around various fumes, odors, chemical agents, and solvents.
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
- Must be able to use a desk top and lap top computer as well as mobile and desk phone to accomplish duties.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
