FT Stock Crew (Nights)

About the role

Hannaford Supermarkets, originating as a fresh produce vendor in Portland, Maine in 1883, remains committed to local foods, farmland preservation, and sustainable seafood. The position supports store operations by handling center‑store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Cut, mark, and stock cases per the Center Store training guide.
• May unload trucks, receive incoming merchandise, and verify/report discrepancies.
• Greet and assist customers in locating items courteously and friendly.
• Maintain productivity at or above company standards.
• Work with little to no supervision when needed.

Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly (including overhead) and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time.
• Frequent reaching, grasping, lifting items below waist or above shoulder.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting.
• Handle cleaning, packaging, and food substances.
• Tolerate extreme hot/cold temperatures up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Use computers, calculators, and communication systems as required.

Pay

Salary range: $15.90 – $21.60 per hour.

Schedule

Availability to work overnight or early morning shifts as required.
