FT Shipping Associate

What's Expected

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines
• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking across short and long distances within the facility
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
• Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
• Regular pushing and pulling of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and carts) as part of daily job duties

Primary Areas of Focus Within Our Warehouse

• Small Pack
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
• Audit orders for accuracy
• Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping
• Fulfill the order in the ERP
• Receiving & Inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization
• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship
• Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO
• Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory
• LTL
• Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL
• Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment
• Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution

Equipment Ability

• The ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
