FT/PT – Coppe and Sears Pediatric

Position

Coppe and Sears Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, located in historic Lexington Center, is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Compensation

From $58.00/hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health
• Provide patient and family education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Uphold infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Maintain accurate and complete dental records
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to support comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts dental hygiene license
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Genuine interest in working with a pediatric patient population
