FT, LPN Shift Supervisor, 3pm-11pm

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor to join our evening team in Myers Hall Assisted Living. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and making a lasting impact in the lives of residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll help guide daily clinical operations, support fellow caregivers, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care in a warm, welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and caregiving staff throughout the shift
• Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, team members, residents, and families
• Conduct resident rounds and proactively address care needs
• Respond to resident emergencies and family concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments as needed
• Support employee coaching, performance management, and team development
• Oversee medication administration, documentation, and pharmacy-related processes
• Conduct clinical audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Identify training opportunities and help foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Requirements

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Must be at least 21 years of age
