FT Imaging Support Technician

About the role

The Imaging Support Technician supports advanced imaging procedures and maintains imaging data reports. Key responsibilities include providing accurate, timely, and effective imaging support mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Accurately acquire all required types of specimens for imaging procedures.
• Maintain and update imaging data reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Train in imaging safety and I.V. insertion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in health sciences preferred.
• One year of experience in clinical lab or phlebotomy preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Skilled in acquiring various types of specimens for imaging.
• Knowledge of imaging safety practices.
• Ability to perform I.V. insertions.
