Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
Pay
Hourly rate: $22.00 per hour
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons
- Pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check required
- Valid driver’s license and pass driving background check
- Ability to lift up to 30 lb
- Supervisory experience is required
Responsibilities
- Supervise the cleaning crew
- Scheduling
- Payroll
- Buffing and waxing floors
- Carpet extraction
- Construction clean‑up
- Window cleaning
- Restoration work
- Perform any other duties assigned
