Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, contribute to achieving sales goals, and grow professionally within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
  • Understand and utilize key tools and resources to drive performance and meet individual KPIs (such as Sales Per Hour).
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brands' policies and procedures.
  • Connect customers using the Polo Connect program and demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
  • Assist customers in the fitting rooms area, helping with sizing and maintaining store standards.
  • Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on both the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
  • Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
  • Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in individual company trainings including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives.
  • Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always the top priority.
  • Provide necessary feedback to Management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
  • Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Salary range: $15 - $19.72 hourly.
  • Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
