FT Brand Ambassador
About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Full-Time Brand Ambassadors to join our dynamic retail team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience and are eager to grow their career within the company.
Responsibilities
- Understands and delivers sales and profit performance, using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Supports the store in executing company initiatives
- Sustains and participates in team training to achieve business results
- Creatively thinks of new ways to engage clients and reach a broader client base
- Represents the customer experience expectations in store
- Supports the company and store vision by delivering a consistent experience aligned with Ralph Lauren Brand expectations
- Engages in store client initiatives and community outreach
- Champions Ralph Lauren core values
- Adopts Ralph Lauren "More ways to shop" and new technology
- Works collaboratively with the customer at the center of the environment
- Engages in networking and sourcing talent
- Provides ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities
- Maintains exceptional productivity standards through store execution
- Upholds all company policies and procedures
- Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills, both with customers and store personnel
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required)
- Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers
- Planning and prioritization/time management skills

Full-time Brand Ambassador positions are available in various locations across the United States. No relocation assistance is provided.
