Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct new client intake calls and collect required information.
  • Schedule client assessments, caregiver shifts, and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain and update client and caregiver schedules.
  • Auxiliary with staffing coverage and schedule changes.
  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Auxiliary with onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and support general office organization.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or healthcare office experience is required.
  • Home care or healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and scheduling software is required.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
