Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct new client intake calls and collect required information.
- Schedule client assessments, caregiver shifts, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain and update client and caregiver schedules.
- Auxiliary with staffing coverage and schedule changes.
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Auxiliary with onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and support general office organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or healthcare office experience is required.
- Home care or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and scheduling software is required.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.

Compensation
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
