Responsibilities
- The Client Coordinator provides support to the Producer and client service team in the coordination of marketing and placement activities for new and renewal business.
- This role is responsible for a broad range of daily servicing tasks in support of an assigned team or book of business.
- Assist with pre-renewal application assembly, loss runs, and loss summaries as needed.
- Prepare pre-renewal submissions and communications, gather renewal updates, and review carrier requirements.
- Support the service team in issuing binding documents, including processing auto ID cards, preparing certificate templates, issuing certificates of insurance, and invoicing new and renewal policies.
- Review and prepare new and renewal policies for delivery, ensuring compliance with bind order instructions, verification of company forms, and confirmation of coverage limits.
- Complete mid-term policy servicing tasks, including receiving endorsement orders, submitting change requests to carriers, reviewing audits and endorsements, and resolving discrepancies with clients and carriers.
