FT Bellperson/Shuttle Driver - Beauport Hotel

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome hotel and restaurant guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from the front desk and guest rooms.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience.
• Operate the hotel shuttle to provide transportation for in-house guests locally.

Requirements

• At least (1) or more years of experience in customer service, with previous experience in Hospitality preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving history.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs frequently.
• Ability to walk/stand approximately 90% of shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Requires good communication; both verbal and written.

Benefits

• The base wage of $15/hr plus tips is calculated upon historical averages and seasonality with total compensation typically ranging between $16-$20/hr.
