Shuttle Driver/Bellperson

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver/Bellperson to safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role includes maintaining a clean vehicle, assisting guests with luggage, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.

A career as a shuttle driver can take you down almost any path, and it is great for someone who wants to learn the hotel business inside and out. This is also a great career for someone who likes to leave work behind at the end of the shift.

You will report to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive the hotel shuttle to and from designated locations
• Assist guests with luggage
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with hotel guests
• Ensure guests reach their destinations safely and on time

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience
