About the role
The FSR Analyst position is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support within the New York office. This includes managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements for employees and contractors
- Cookbook coordination of meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support the procurement process for office supplies and equipment
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities
- Handle basic IT support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or logistics support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with travel management systems
- Knowledge of office supply procurement processes
- Basic understanding of IT support
