About the role
The FSR Analyst position at Government Services, LLC is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee schedules and attendance records
- Cookbook coordination of meetings and events
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the procurement process by assisting with contract management and vendor relations
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant administrative and logistical support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance standards is beneficial

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
