About the role
The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members in quality assurance techniques.
- Develop and implement new quality assurance protocols as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead quality assurance initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality assurance standards.
- Experience with quality management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
