What You Will Do
- Provide employee training and instructions to provide advice on how to perform their task (FSQA checks, inspections, documentation, expectations, training)
- Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of hourly FSQA technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within
- Provide all employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction while evaluating team productivity and accomplishments
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any other FSQA requirements
- Initiates RCA investigations, executes pending preventive and corrective action requests (CAPA), including nonconformities from holds, internal and external audits
- Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
- Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety

Required Education And Experience
- Associate degree or related leadership work experience
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance should be combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as an FSQA leader, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies
