Job Summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for their warehouse operation in Findlay, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading warehouse team members, supporting forklift operations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the shift running accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience required
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, shipping, receiving, or scanning preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work on-site in Findlay, OH

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience required

Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience required

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $52,000–$55,000 per year
