About the role

Responsible for overseeing food safety and quality assurance within the organization. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Train employees on food safety protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety issues and improve processes
  • Prepare and present reports on food safety performance and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety management
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and FDA/ISO guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
