About the role
The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients. They will collaborate with the patient, the family, and members of the health care team. This role works closely with the clinic Nurse Practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Assessing the health needs of patients
- Implementing nursing care plans based on assessments
- Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Working closely with clinic Nurse Practitioners
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse's Certificate and license in good standing with the State of Mississippi
- One year minimum experience required
- CPR certified
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure as an LPN in Mississippi
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
