Nestlé USA – Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Frontline Leaders – 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who enjoys supporting people, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Job Snapshot

• Starting pay: $36.24 per hour
• $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed
• Comprehensive benefits available after 30 days of employment

What You’ll Do

Set priorities, support team members, communicate updates, and help resolve day-to-day production needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Team Leader, lead, or supervisor experience
• Food manufacturing or production experience
• Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, or TPM experience

Pay

$36.24 per hour. Bonus eligibility: Yes. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
