About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior or Staff Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic web application engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our user-centric, high-performance UI platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX designers, and clients—to translate complex requirements into scalable, responsive, and intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities
- Develop new web applications and contribute to existing UI and middle-layer components
- Own and drive projects aligned with product development strategies and goals
- Design and implement solutions that deliver a delightful and intuitive user experience
- Contribute to the underlying platform to ensure it remains extensible, scalable, and secure
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including product managers, backend engineers, UX designers, and customers
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high engineering standards
- Implement best practices for UI development and AI integration
- Continuously improve frontend architecture and performance
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years of production-ready application development experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong ability to read, understand, and contribute to complex enterprise-grade codebases
- Experience designing UI systems with an emphasis on extensibility and scalability
- Excellent debugging skills, including root cause analysis and proactive bug prevention
- Experience integrating web APIs and microservices with frontend applications
- Knowledge of best practices for incorporating AI into user workflows
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, GitHub workflows, and JIRA
- Experience building systems for high-traffic production environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
