Frontend Engineer (JS, TypeScript)

Your expertise will guide the development of our React/Redux single-page application, ensuring best practices in architecture, design patterns, and code quality. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring less experienced engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and Redux or equivalent front-end frameworks
• 1+ years in a leadership role, managing or mentoring engineering teams
• Strong proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with responsive design and implementation
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
• Previous startup experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine product requirements
• Lead the development of the React/Redux single-page application, ensuring scalability and performance
• Make architectural decisions and select appropriate design patterns and front-end libraries
• Ensure comprehensive testing of the codebase to uphold quality standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Cookordinate effectively with other engineers and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process
