About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Phantom Crypto Wallet Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evangelizing shared frontend libraries and components that enhance the user experience and streamline development processes across teams. Your expertise will drive frontend performance optimization, architecture improvements, and the evolution of our design system, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and high-quality user interface. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize application performance, and contribute to the development of a robust multi-chain crypto wallet platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience with data fetching, caching, and managing application state efficiently
• Demonstrated interest in open-source and community-driven platforms
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and promote shared frontend libraries and reusable components to accelerate development and ensure consistency across platforms
• Lead frontend performance improvements by optimizing bundle sizes, rendering efficiency, and establishing best practices
• Maintain, enhance, and evangelize the design system, ensuring it remains robust, well-documented, and deeply integrated into development workflows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement scalable, user-centric features for the multi-chain crypto wallet platform
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality code through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards
• Support cross-team initiatives to foster a cohesive and innovative development environment
