Frontend Engineer

Location: New York, New York

Pay Range: $65-70/hr

About the role

Contribute to an agile team by analyzing user stories, grooming features, and developing comprehensive solutions. Ensure optimal application usability through meticulous manual testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with product, development, and backend teams to plan, test, and deploy high-quality features. Assist in estimating project feasibility and effort for new features. Follow and promote consistent development standards and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in a software development environment with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js, with experience in building responsive, adaptive UI applications.
• Knowledge of modern web fundamentals, including DOM, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Docker, and experience working within Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
