Frontend Engineer

About the role

The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance user interfaces and customer-facing web applications serving millions of users daily. The engineering team works in a fast-paced environment where UI responsiveness, accessibility, and modern component-driven development standards are critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Design and implement scalable state management solutions and reusable component libraries for cross-functional product teams
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product designers to define GraphQL and REST API contracts
• Optimize client-side performance, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals across all web applications
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend development
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React ecosystems
• Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and CSS preprocessors or Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Skills

• Experience with mobile development (React Native)
• Experience with WebSockets or backend Node.js services
