About the Role

  • Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of new tools and techniques to improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, performant interfaces
  • Ensure all solutions comply with current architecture and future functionality requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end and full-stack applications using React and TypeScript
  • Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that meet Section 508 or WCAG standards
  • Integrate REST or GraphQL APIs and work in backend languages for full-stack tasks
  • Implement automated testing using Jest or Cypress, and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Deploy applications using containerization
  • Work closely with UX designers to create data-visualization and geospatial UIs for operational dashboards
  • Apply secure coding practices and remediate findings from SAST, DAST, or static analysis
  • Deliver on Agile and/or DoD programs, adhering to mission-driven delivery cadences
  • Work with mission-critical DoD systems and their operational constraints
  • Manage micro-frontend architectures or module federation at scale

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and frontend, including in a lead or senior role on delivered applications
  • Experience building data-visualization and geospatial UIs, such as D3, Mapbox, Cesium, or charting libraries, for operational dashboards
  • Experience with secure coding practices and remediating findings from SAST, DAST, or static analysis
  • Experience delivering on Agile and/or DoD programs and working within a mission-driven delivery cadence
  • Experience with C2, ISR, or other mission-critical DoD systems and their operational constraints
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and close collaboration with UX designers
  • Experience with micro-frontend architectures or module federation at scale

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology field, or 6+ years of experience in mission systems in lieu of a degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
