Front Waiter

About the role

Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm is seeking a dynamic and friendly Server/ Front Waiter to join our team. Located in Ashburn, VA, we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant
• Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions
• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change
• Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a commitment to excellence and top-tier service
• Problem solvers who can handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position preferred
• Valid driver’s license (optional)

Pay

Pay Range: $700 - $1000 / week
