About the role

Rye Street Tavern is a unique dining destination within the Clyde’s Restaurant Group, which owns 14 concepts in the DMV area. Located in the Baltimore Peninsula, it is easily accessible via car and public transportation including the Charm City Circulator and local MTA bus routes.

Pay

Pay Range: $1000 - $1500 / week

Responsibilities

• Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant
• Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions
• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change
• Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage

Qualifications
